Your digital assistant now recognizes addresses in conversations and automatically converts them into coordinates. This
enables location-based search and suggestions. Whether it's recommending event venues, nearby services, or rental
locations—the assistant tailors its suggestions by proximity. Perfect for MICE and tourism use cases.
Note: Geo Search requires proper address formatting in your documents. Ask your Rookoo contact for help setting it up.

Say goodbye to awkward silences! With our new "Conversation Starters" feature, visitors can launch into a chat with one
click. Whether it's a FAQ, newsletter, or time-sensitive promotion—you can easily configure suggestions that instantly
open a helpful conversation.
- Available on both the chat home screen and within conversations
- Supports links (e.g., blog, event page) and optional image previews
- Fully configurable via: Settings > Inboxes > Widget Builder

We’ve enhanced the assistant’s intelligence. Based on your indexed offering and the customer’s question, the assistant
now presents:
- Relevant suggestions
- Visuals (if available)
- Customized descriptions
It's no longer about keyword matching—your assistant now focuses on relevance and impact.

Our website crawler just got better! Your content is now processed faster and more accurately, ensuring your assistant

We’ve rolled out a major update to the Rookoo platform with one clear goal: more control and relevance in your data—with
less effort. Here's an overview of the key improvements:
🔧 Odoo Integration
- Mapping errors resolved: Rookoo variables now link correctly to Odoo attributes.
- Multiple variables per attribute: More flexibility when syncing your data.
📚 New Knowledge Base Structure
We’ve split the knowledge base into three smart modules, each with its own strengths:
🗂️ Documents
For structuring knowledge docs, FAQs, technical sheets, and standard answers (SAs).
You can now configure a schema to automatically link content to defined attributes (like 'venue' or 'category'),
allowing the assistant to know exactly what a document section is about.
🛒 Catalogue
Ideal for indexing your offering.
Define relationships between products and activities (e.g., ‘venue’ + ‘activity’).
Perfect for events, locations, or complex services.
🖼️ Gallery (experimental)
Upload images, and our AI will automatically extract and describe relevant content.
For example: does a photo contain people? We’ll detect and store that info—useful for future applications in our
generative user interfaces.
All of this contributes to smarter data processing and enrichment:
When processing documents or images, we can now automatically add extra context to the data.
Result: Enriched information and better AI responses.
