You can manage your Instagram for Business conversations directly from Rookoo. Before you connect your Instagram account ensure that it is an Instagram Business account and that it is connected to a Facebook page.
If you want to convert your account to an Instagram Business account, you can follow this official Instagram guide to do so.
If you have not connected your Instagram account to a Facebook Page you can navigate to your Facebook Pages and select your Page. Navigate to Settings and select Instagram.
Connecting Instagram

Log into your Rookoo account.

Navigate to Settings › Inboxes › Add Inbox.

Choose Instagram as the channel.

After clicking Connect with Instagram you will be redirected to Facebook/ META's flow. You need to log in with you Instagram account and continue the steps.
After completing the steps you will be re-directed to Rookoo's platform and this will prompt the configuration steps for the Inbox.
And that's it. You can click "Take me there" to direct you to the inbox of the Instagram channel. You can send a test message to your account to see it enter the platform, and respond back ofcourse. 😉
